Usually held the second Friday in December from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., this festive event is open to all our members, especially our volunteers who so generously donate their time throughout the year in our Book Store, at our once-a-month giant “mega” book sales, during weekly Thursday mornings’ pricing and sorting, with online research and/or mailings, with our Book for Babies program, at our special events, etc.

This is an opportunity for the Board and other attendees to exchange holiday and New Year’s best wishes while enjoying a buffet. Beginning in December 2009, this is also where and when the Friends awards its Pat Watson Memorial Scholarship.
